Refund policy

We want you to love your Everas purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 60 days of delivery.

• Eligibility:
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.
  • Gift cards and final sale items are not returnable.
• How to start a return: Email christian@everas.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
• Return shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a prepaid label is provided, its cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.
• Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, let us know and we’ll help arrange it (subject to stock).
