Shipping & Return Policy
EverasOrders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
- Domestic transit (USA): Typically 3–7 business days.
- International transit: Typically 7–21 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees assessed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Carriers: UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx. Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes; if applicable, please provide a physical address.

We start preparing your order quickly. If you need to update your shipping address or cancel, contact us immediately at christian@everas.com or via our support page. We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
- Tracking: Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for scans to appear.
- Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier branch. If still missing after 3 business days, contact us at christian@everas.com.
- Lost or damaged in transit: We’ll assist with a replacement or claim. Photos of damage and the packaging may be required.
We want you to love your Everas purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Eligibility:
- Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.
- Gift cards and final sale items are not returnable.
- How to start a return: Email christian@everas.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
- Return shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a prepaid label is provided, its cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.
- Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, let us know and we’ll help arrange it (subject to stock).
